Review: This is so cute! Was eyeing the non tall version because I am quite small but everyone said it is REALLY short so I went to get the tall version even though i am not tall. Length turned out perfect for a miniskirt for someone my height. it also stretches a bit so it's comfortable. still need to wear shorts underneath though
